Request these dates*Family guide prices assume two adults and two children aged 6–11 in two separate cabins, with one adult staying with each child. These are not connecting rooms. Child-safe access and suitability must be checked individually. Adult wellness sessions would require suitable staggering; no childcare or children’s massage is included. Other ages, four-adult groups and the Signature family week require a bespoke quote.

All stays include the stated accommodation, linen, towels and departure cleaning. Group wellness sessions are for adults and depend on a confirmed programme and qualified practitioners.
The drinks allowance
Food-inclusive offers C–F, H and I propose drinking-water refills, breakfast tea/coffee and juice, one afternoon tea/coffee serving, and one soft drink with each included lunch or dinner. B and G include breakfast drinks only. Alcohol is not included; this is not an unlimited-bar offer.
Know what is not included
Flights, airport transfers, car hire, extra treatments and optional activities are excluded. Cooking facilities, guaranteed twin beds, connecting cabins, childcare and completed facilities are not advertised as available.
How are the prices and payments confirmed?
These are opening guide totals in EUR for the listed inclusions. Your selected dates, accommodation, full itemised price, applicable taxes or local charges, availability and cancellation/refund terms are confirmed in writing before you commit. No undisclosed mandatory charge is added after acceptance.
For wellness offers E, F, H and I, the proposed payment plan is 25% at confirmation and 75% 30 days before arrival. For other stays the proposed deposit is one night’s package value, with the balance seven days before arrival. Bookings inside the balance deadline require full payment. The written quote governs; this request form does not take payment or reserve a cabin.
Is this the Valentine couples retreat?
No. These stays are planned after the separate 13–20 February 2027 Valentine couples retreat. That retreat remains €2,490 for two, with its own programme and booking terms. Existing confirmations and earlier payment plans are preserved. View the Valentine retreat on the main website.
What happens after I request dates?
Your request is saved to the private Barefoot booking desk. We check accommodation readiness, dates, safe access, meal arrangements and any practitioners, then contact you with a written quote and the appropriate payment route. Do not use the Valentine deposit link to pay for one of these stays. A saved request or payment screen alone is not a confirmed reservation.
